20 days ago, I bought a new 2015 i3 Rex, Tera World with Tech Assist, Premium audio, Park Assist, 20" wheels, etc. loaded MSRP of $55,400. I negotiated a $9,500 discount and used the BMW Lease option with 10,000 miles/year. With Fed Tax Credit included the final 'out the door' price before taxes was $38,400. I was quite satisfied with the final price. My impression is that there are good deals around in the Southeast (Atlanta, Georgia area) where i3 inventory is high. I had a 2012 Nissan Leaf before when first available in Georgia and I paid full MSRP. I since learned my lesson. I actually paid $4,000 less for my i3 Rex than I did for the loaded Leaf. I can honestly say that the i3 is a better EV all around.
Just a quick update...I just refinanced the i3 Rex at 2.4% for 72 months. Reason: I now effectively have taken the $7,500 tax credit upfront. I also noticed that the local dealers in the Atlanta, GA areas are offering 0.9% for the 2015 i3's this week. I prefer to get the credit upfront. The State of GA used to have a $5,000 state tax credit for EV's and took it away in 2015. I've learned not to trust any government with 'MY' money!

jan. 31, 2016 at MAG BMW dealership in columbus, ohio. 2015 BEV giga with tech package $47,950 sticker. $5000 (trade-in) down, $165.49 a month lease for 30 months (12,000 mi. a year). too good to pass on. so far.... LOVE this car!
Just picked up my i3 REX from MAG BMW of Dublin for $53,095 MSRP. Giga World, Tech package 20" rims. Was part of their courtesy fleet, had 1893 miles on it. Put $1,100 down on a 30 month lease with a $197 payment. Couldn't be happier. Much better deal than the 434 another dealer was offering.
