My month old BEV has been taken in twice now for error messages: "Transmission Malfunction" and "Drive train Malfunction". After spending 4 days at the dealer undergoing software updates and diagnostics, they sent me home. A few days later the same error messages started up again. Now they have ordered a new EME and it will take several days to install. I hope to have my new car back before Thanksgiving - would like to show it off to company! Has anyone had an EME replacement? I understand it's quite a big job. I would like to know if it actually works to stop the problems. Also, after it was return the first time, I had it plugged into my home station and while in my house I heard a loud noise. It sounded like it was coming from underneath the car which it was once I returned to to garage to investigate. The charge station was flashing it's "Trouble" light. I unplugged and plugged several times before the noise stopped and I was able to charge. I hope the new EME solves that problem as well. Anyone have either of these problems?
