I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW i3 within the last month. My dealer did not give me any ChargePoint cards or form to sign up. I have attempted to sign up online through ChargePoint and have not nothing but hassles. I have the cards now in hand, but after calling twice and emailing twice I cannot activate them. Can anyone help?
Who have you tried calling so far? I had the same situation and I had to call EVgo to set up that account and link it with my CharePoint/ChargeNow card number. Make sure you tell them it's for a CPO i3 under the ChargeNow program so you get the 1 year free charging.
The dealer is responsible for providing the cards though so you may have difficulty if it's not a card with an associated number to the ChargeNow program. Luckily my car had the original cards still in it unused so I was able to use those otherwise I would have been in the same boat as you. Call BMW NA iConcierge and you may have better luck with them as they seem better trained/informed than the dealer (at least in my case in Ohio).
